This makes me so excited that we bought our house last November. Sigh.
Oh well — what was the alternative? Rent for another year in a house that was close to nothing (in our opinion — not slagging on those who still live in that neighborhood!) and that the landlord told us was going to be torn down by this time? Which is not only still standing, but for rent again?
Guess that housing crunch is hitting everyone.
